In particular, the new standard has postulated detailed requirements for teachers’ feedbacks, which are of crucial importance to students’ language acquisition. Since that new standard is set, the question whether the current situation in the adoption of teachers’ feedbacks is in line with the new standard deserves tremendous attention. Based on the guidance of the New Curriculum Standard, the paper attempts to investigate teachers’ feedbacks in English classes for junior middle school students and find out whether these feedbacks conform to requests of the New Curriculum Standard.
