广西桂冠电力公司风电发展战略研究 摘要 随着全球经济的快速发展，能源需求也在迅速增加，能源需求的增长和污染 问题的加剧，使得人们开始将目光投向发展可再生能源。风力发电作为一种新型 的可再生能源，越来越受到人们的重视，成为国家发展可再生能源的必然选择。 广西桂冠电力公司在发展水电的基础上，积极探索发展风电的道路，公司发展刚 刚起步，还未形成一套适合公司发展的长期规划，缺乏一定的战略指导。本文的 主要目的是从战略角度出发，通过借鉴国内外风电行业发展情况研究，根据广西 桂冠电力公司的实际情况，提出公司在烟台发展风电的战略目标和发展策略，希 望能够对公司的发展提供理论依据。 首先，本文研究了国内外风电发展现状、风电发展经验并且介绍了风力发电 和战略管理的相关概念，为本文的研究奠定了理论基础。 其次，对风力发电企业的发展状况和广西桂冠电力公司发展的环境进行了分 析，通过环境分析发展广西桂冠电力公司发展风电所面临的机遇、威胁以及公司 发展自身的优势和劣势，为接下来的战略研究奠定基础。 再次，运用 SWOT 分析法进行分析，找出广西桂冠电力公司发展中存在的问 题，提出公司发展的战略目标及战略重点。 最后，确定广西桂冠电力公司风电发展战略实施方案，为广西桂冠电力公司 风电产业的发展提供一定的参考意见。 本文根据对广西桂冠电力公司的实际状况的研究，建议现阶段公司在发展风 电上应当采取扩张型战略、低成本战略，广西桂冠电力公司发展风电有着良好的 前景，在以后的发展中要充分利用已有的条件优势抓住机会来发展。然而虽然广 西桂冠电力公司的发展前景良好，但仍然有许多因素制约着风电行业的发展。在 公司稳健发展情况下，应推行人才战略、融资战略、文化融合战略。因此，公司 需要制定未来的发展战略，以更快、更有效地实现公司的发展目标。 关键词：能源；战略管理；风力发电 The study on the wind power development strategy of Guangxi Guiguan Electric Power Co., Ltd Abstract As the global economy is developing at a very high speed, energy demand was increasing rapidly, energy demand is growing rapidly and the pollution problem has aroused the attention to the development of renewable energy.
