muchattentiontotheefficiencyofclassroom teaching．Itisalsoakindofofrm whichkeepsalleyeontheall-round
developmentofallstudents．Carefulpreparationisthepreconditionofeffectiveteaching，reasonableinstructional
design isthe basis of effective teaching，scientifically，classroom orgnaization isthe guarantee of the
implementationofeffectiveteaching，andinstantteachingreflectionisthemotiveforceofsustainabledevelopment
