中文摘要 随着信息技术的迅猛发展，通过数据库集成的各种公共信息资源统一管理， 集中发布，已成为信息发布平台的发展方向。根据我国国情，中小型企业是我国 企业发展队伍中的主力军。中小型企业信息发布系统顺应了信息技术发展的趋势 和我国企业发展的方向，以公共信息的应用为核心，克服了传统信息发布信息速 度慢、效率低、交互差等缺点，构建了一个基于Internet 的来源畅通、资源丰富、 安全可靠的综合信息发布系统平台。 论文对企业中信息发布的流程进行调查分析，提取了大多数企业信息发布的 共同点，针对企业的功能需求展开分析，设计并实现了以JSP作为前端开发语言， 以MySQL作为后台数据库的，同时，以文字、图片和人机对话的形式进行交互 的企业信息发布系统。采用JSP技术开发系统平台，实现了发布信息、产品展示、 推荐产品视频展示、用户留言等功能。采用MySQL数据库技术建立了产品信息、 用户信息等数据库。论文采用三级用户管理制度来实现企业信息发布系统的访问。 三级用户分别是系统管理员、个人用户和企业用户。新闻动态发布和产品发布都 是由系统管理员完成。 关键词：信息发布，三层结构，JSP，MySQL ABSTRACT With the rapid development of information technology, database integration through a variety of public information resources, unified management, centralized publishing, It has become the development direction of information publishing.
