摘要 糖尿病管理平台是以互联网载体，借助计算机技术将医院、社区卫生服务中 心慢病管理数据系统、医院信息服务系统（HIS ）、患者个人电脑集成到一起，能 够高效、便捷、及时的实现患者体检数据更新保存、查看，并发症筛选处理，健 康跟踪干预，群体血糖水平分析统计等综合服务功能。 糖尿病管理系统发展的大方向就目前的网络发展和计算机的技术发展来看，是 基于B/S(Browser/Server)结构的系统，即采用浏览器，服务器结构，是对传统的 C/S结构设备管理系统的改进，提高了系统的可扩展性、安全性和可重用性。使用 B/S结构下的设备管理系统，不会受到地域和时间的限制，是未来计算机设备管理 系统的发展方向。 本系统主要针对糖尿病管理系统进行开发，糖尿病管理平台是我公司为医院、 社区卫生服务中心及糖尿病患者研发的电子管理与服务平台，针对社区糖尿病患 者获取健康跟踪服务的便捷有效解决方案。 糖尿病管理系统的开发语言是 ASP，系统采用三层 B/S 的结构，即它是由数 据库服务器、应用程序服务器和前端工作站构成。系统开发以Microsoft Windows 2003中文版作为前端系统平台；ASP(Active Server Page)作为前端开发工具。MS SQL SERVER 2000数据库系统作为数据库开发工具。 设计并实现了系统的主要模块：健康档案、健康评估、健康指导、统计分析、 诊疗规范，并设计完成了系统的辅助功能模块：系统登录模块。其中包括各功能 模块的相关窗体的界面设计，和具体的实现功能。在界面设计和功能设计中，还 查阅相关资料。设计完成了系统类图，然后具体实现了各子系统，并介绍了系统 的网络拓扑结构和软硬件运行环境。 最后，总结了全文的内容，并对系统的进一步扩展进行了展望和初步的探索。 关键词：三层 B/S结构，ASP(Active Server Page)，Web应用 I ABSTRACT Using Internet as carrier, the diabetes management platform can connect hospitals, date management system in community healthy services center, hospital information services system (HIS) and patients together to realize a series of integrated services, such as effectly and currently updating and saving the patients’ medical date, checking, screening complications, tracking intervention, and analyzing the statistics of group blood glucose.
