摘 要 生命周期评价是一种用于评估产品在其整个生命周期中，即从原材料的获取、 产品的生产直至产品使用后的处置，对环境影响的技术和方法。生命周期评价可 以帮助提供产品系统与环境之间相互作用的尽可能完整的概貌，促进全面和正确 地理解产品系统造成的环境影响，以及向决策者提供关于环境的有益的决策信息。 本论文在查阅分析大量的国内外文献和资料的基础上，依据生命周期评价的 技术框架和原则，首次在橡胶基阻尼减振制品行业进行了生命周期评价，提出了 一套适用于该类产品的生命周期评价模型，该模型由四部分组成，即目标定义与 范围界定、生命周期清单分析、生命周期影响评价以及生命周期解释。通过对常 州市兰陵橡胶厂的实地调查，对该厂生产的ZND1 型橡胶阻尼减振卷材在生命周期 中的资源消耗、环境影响和人体健康损害三个方面进行了分析评价，获得了该产 品的三项重要评价指标，即资源耗竭系数（0.58E-13a-1 ）、环境影响负荷 （226.67E-13a-1 ）和人体健康损害系数（3.12E-13a-1 ），并通过层次分析法得出ZND1 型卷材生命周期评价的单一综合指标（230.37E-13a-1 ）。在评价过程中识别出光化 学烟雾是该产品生命周期最重要的环境影响类型（占综合指标的77.69% ），石油和 煤是最主要的能耗因子，而原材料生产阶段是整个生命周期中对环境影响负荷、 资源耗竭及人体健康损害贡献最大的阶段。这些研究结果既可用来指导企业的产 品研究和开发，使该材料的生产向着生态材料这种可持续的方向发展；也可为环 境管理部门制定相关环保政策提供理论依据。 关键词：橡胶阻尼材料；生命周期评价；环境影响负荷；资源耗竭系数；人体 健康损害系数 IV ABSTRACT Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a technology or a method to quantitatively analyze and qualitative evaluate the environmental impact of a product throughout its entire life cycle, including the collection of raw materials, its manufacture, use of this product and its disposal .A LCA system can help to provide a general picture of interaction between the product and environment, which promotes comprehensive and correct understanding of the environmental impact of the product as well as offer some useful information about environment for decision makers. Basing the analysis on numerous domestic and foreign studies, a LCA application into the field of the manufactures of rubber-damping material for vibration reduction was firstly carried out in this paper according to the technical framework of LCA. Meanwhile, a set of LCA model which was suitable to this kind of products brought forward, including goal and scope definition, lif
