北京某酒店能耗调查与分析 北京建筑工程学院 肖潇 李德英 摘要 酒店类建筑的能耗与其它类型建筑的能耗相比有其特殊性，本文通过对北京某酒店能耗的调查，分析并归纳了该酒店的能耗现状及变化趋势。随着近年来对节能工作的重视，以及各类节能技术的不断推广和应用，该酒店在2006~2008年期间的能耗水平和能耗费用呈下降的趋势，但节能潜力总体上还是很大的。本文针对该建筑耗能现状，分别从围护结构、照明系统、空调系统、运行管理等方面阐述了其节能潜力并得出了相应的节能措施。 关键词 酒店 能耗 节能 节能潜力 Abstract The energy consumption of hotel building has its own peculiarities compared to other types of buildings.This article analyzes and summarizes the status of a hotels energy consumption and trends in Beijing through surveys.
