摘要 论文题目： OPN 和MMP-2 在食管鳞癌中的表达与临床意义 专 业： 肿瘤学 研 究 生： 栗政安 指导教师： 孙君军教授、赵元锰教授 摘 要 目的 观察骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-2 (MMP-2)在食管鳞癌组织和 食管良性病变中的表达情况，探讨 OPN 和 MMP-2 在食管鳞癌中表达及其临床 意义。 方法 采用 S-P 免疫组织化学染色，分别检测食管鳞癌 53 例和食管良性病 2 变 20 例中 OPN 和 MMP-2 蛋白的表达。计数资料应用χ 检验，相关性研究采 用Spearman 相关分析。 结果 OPN 和MMP-2 在食管鳞癌组织表达阳性率分别为75.5 ％和79.2 ％， 在食管良性病变中的阳性表达率为0 ，二者差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；OPN 和 MMP-2 的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及 生存率有关(P0.05)，与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径大小无明显关系(p 0.05)； 并且食管鳞癌组织中OPN 和MMP-2 的表达呈正相关(r ＝0.357,p 0.05)。 结论 OPN 和MMP-2 主要表达于食管恶性肿瘤细胞中，与肿瘤的浸润、转 移有关，有可能成为肿瘤标记物。食管良性病变，OPN 和MMP-2 在血管区染色 表达呈现阴性，在早期食管鳞癌中表达呈现阴性或弱阳性，而在中晚期食管鳞癌 中表达呈现阳性，与血管生成有关。食管鳞癌组织中，OPN 与MMP-2 的表达呈 正相关，作用机制可能存在一定的相关性。OPN 和MMP-2 的表达与食管鳞癌的 发生、发展及预后起重要作用，二者联合检测有助于反映食管癌的恶性程度以及 为诊断和治疗提供重要信息。 关 键 词：食管鳞癌，免疫组化，骨桥蛋白，金属蛋白酶-2. 论文类型：应用基础研究.
