摘 要 摘 要 作为多传感器数据融合的一个重要分支，图像融合是指将多个传感器采集的关于同 一目标或场景的图像数据，根据某种算法进行适当的综合处理，产生一幅满足某种需求 的新图像，而这一图像通常是单传感器所无法得到的。医学图像融合是图像融合的一个 极具特色的应用领域。随着医学影像学的不断发展，出现了很多先进的成像设备，从而 为临床诊断提供了多种模态的医学图像。医学图像融合充分利用多模态的图像，获得它 们的互补信息，使临床的诊断和治疗更加准确完善。 本文研究的重点就是像素级医学图像融合技术。首先介绍了医学图像融合的概念、 意义、研究现状，并且介绍了图像融合的层次模型、常用方法与医学图像融合的分类。 然后研究了基于小波变换的医学图像融合方法。从小波理论的发展开始，介绍了小波的 基本理论、图像的二维小波分解与重构、基于小波变换的医学图像融合的原理与一般步 骤。 讨论了不同的小波基和融合规则对融合图像质量的影响，提出了基于区域方差的多 小波基联合的医学图像融合方法。按照本文提出的方法，进行了相应的仿真实验，并利 用文中介绍的评价标准，验证了所提出方法的优越性。 最后，研究了基于小波-Contourlet变换的图像融合方法，进行了基于Contourlet变换 和小波-Contourlet变换的医学图像融合仿真实验。 关键词 图像融合 医学图像 多小波基 区域方差 小波变换 小波-Contourlet 变换 I Abstract Abstract As an important branch of Multi-sensor data fusion, image fusion is that the image data which are captured by multiple sensors on the same target or scene are processed the integrated treatment of appropriate according to an algorithm. That can obtain a new image which satisfies certain requirements. And this image usually can not be obtained by a single sensor. Medical image fusion is a very unique application of image fusion. With the rapid development of the medical imaging, multiple advanced medical imaging equipments provide more modality of medical imaging information for clinical diagnosis. Medical image fusion takes full advantage of the complementary information between multimodal images to make clinical diagnosis and treatment more accurate and complete. Focus of this study is that medical image fusion at pixel level.
