儿童非综合征性唇裂发病影响因素的研究.pdfVIP

摘要 目的：探讨儿童非综合征性总唇裂发病的影响因素，为预防非综合征性 总唇裂的发生提供科学依据。 年6月30日期间在中南大学附属湘雅医院、湘雅二医院和湘雅三医院口腔科 住院的220名非综合征性总唇裂患者为病例，按照匹配条件(性别相同、年 龄相差1岁以内)，选取同期住院的非先天畸形患者为对照。对研究对象的父 母亲进行问卷调查，内容包括儿童及其父母亲的一般情况、母亲孕早期情况、 母亲既往史等。资料用SPSSll．5统计软件包进行单因素分析和多因素条件 logistic回归分析。 结果：单因素配对卡方分析结果表明家族史、母亲生育年龄、母亲文化、 孕早期补充叶酸、孕早期感冒、孕早期发热、孕早期用药、孕早期化学毒物 接触以及父亲年龄和父亲文化等与儿童非综合征性总唇裂的发生存在相关关 期化学毒物接触(汰=6．809)与非综合征性总唇裂存在相关关系。 结论：本次研究显示家族史、孕早期感冒、孕早期用药及孕早期接触化 学毒物是儿童非综合征性总唇裂的主要危险因素。母亲文化程度高和孕早期 补充叶酸等因素可降低儿童非综合征性总唇裂的发病风险。 关键词：非综合征性，唇裂伴或不伴腭裂，危险因素，条件logistic回归 T ABSTRACT objective：To factorsrelatedtothechildrenwith explorepossible cleft withor cleft and methodsfor nonsyndromiclip withoutpalate study and thedisease． preventingcontrolling Methods：1：1matched case-controlwas hospital—based study with Cleftwithorwithout Was patientsnonsyndromic cleft selected lip palate at remediedthe 2nd andthe 3rd xiangyahospital，thexiangyahospital xiangya oftheCentralSouth from to hospital UniversityOctober,2005June，2006． tomatched same differswithin1 According qualification：thegender,theage year UO withor cleft old．Controlswith Cleft without were nonsyndromiclip palate selectedremediedatthesame atthe were period．Parents hospitalcorrespondin
