Methods: Use pricking blood therapy at the same time, with using acupuncture treatment, manual treatment, infrared and computerized intermediate-frequency treatment. Pricking blood therapy mainly use three-edged needle to do a thorn bloodletting at the part of A-shi points and so on, and in the pricking blood part to do cupping treatment; cupuncture treatment mainly take the WeiZhong, ChengShan, HuanTiao, such as the foot-taiyang bladder meridian by acupuncture points, or so cross matching acupuncture point, and do electro acupuncture therapy; manual treatment mainly take the pulling manipulation, pressing manipulation, rolling manipulation to treat the damaged waist; infrared and computerized intermediate-frequency treatment is in the damaged waist to do illuminating and electrical stimulation therapy. According to the comprehensive therapy above alternating, two weeks for a period of treatment, after three treatments to do functional exercise , after three months to do the clinical efficacy evaluation.
