The influence of tiao xin yin treatment of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with heart rate variability Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Tutor: Prof.Li Xiao Author: Sun wen wei Abstract Objective:To evaluate the influence of tiao xin yin treatment of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with heart rate variability.Methods:80 patients of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group (n=40) and control group (n=40),both groups were given basic treatment of diet control, exercise therapy and taking Glucophage.The experimental group were treated with tiao xin yin while the control group were treated with Methycobal.Course of treatment was 2 months.Clinical symptoms,blood lipids,blood glucose and heat rate variability were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 85% while the control group was 62.5%,the difference was statically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Tiao xin yin treatment of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy has significant effect and can improve heart rate variability.
