Methods: Clinical selection met the inclusion criteria for chronic hepatitis C in 60 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group (n = 30 ) given medicine against hepatitis C particles with long-acting interferon in combination with ribavirin, a control group (n = 30 ) given a long-acting interferon in combination with ribavirin, two groups take 48 weeks for the duration of treatment, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: Clinical studies have shown, the experimental group the effect of TCM WM Treatment, symptoms were better than the control group ( P 0.05 or P 0.01 ) the experimental group can significantly improve patients with liver function, viral load testing index, its effect is better than that of control group ( P 0.05 or P 0.01 ) two groups during treatment showed no adverse reaction. Conclusions: Traditional Chinese medicine against HCV particles with long-acting interferon in combination with ribavirin is the treatment of chronic hepatitis C and effective prescriptions, this study affirms its efficacy.
