早期手术扩创加适当覆盖物治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期手术扩创加适当覆盖物治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果。 方法 选取我院烧伤整形外科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的100例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者，根据双盲随机法进行随机分组，每组50例。对照组患者治疗方式为常规削痂植皮术，观察组患者治疗方式为早期手术扩创加适当覆盖物治疗。比较两组患者的创面愈合时间、换药次数、新生上皮质量和患者满意率。 结果 治疗后，观察组患者的满意率为98.00%，明显高于对照组的62.00%，创面愈合时间为（12.41±2.59）d，明显短于对照组的（17.42±5.31）d，换药次数为（2.23±0.07）次，明显少于对照组的（5.54±1.19）次（P中国论文网 /6/view-7216637.htm 　　[关键词] 早期手术扩创；适当覆盖物；深Ⅱ度烧伤创面 　　[中图分类号] R644 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0023-03 　　Effect observation on early surgical debridement plus proper covering in treatment of deep second degree burn wound 　　LIN Lian-duo 　　Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery，the First People′s Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of early surgical debridement plus proper covering in treatment of deep second degree burn wound. Methods 100 cases with deep second degree burn received by department of burn and plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2014 and January 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into the two groups according to double blindly randomized method，and there were 50 patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated by conventional tangential excision and skin grafting operation，while patients in observation group were treated by early surgical debridement plus proper covering.The healing time of wound，times of dressing change，quality of new epithelia and patients′ satisfaction rate between two groups was compared respectively.
