浅谈企业存货购销环节现金流的管控对策——基于安徽江淮汽车股份有限公司 摘要 随着市场经济的发展，只有利润是企业生存和发展的重要手段。企业的盈利很大程度上取决于现金流状况和现金流量管理水平。现金是企业财富的一种表现，是企业的血液，现金的循环是企业生存的关键，实现资本增值的基本前提。所有流通中的现金块将导致“血”的不足，从财务上的困难，为企业的健康发展的一个障碍，重量是由于金融危机，威胁着企业的生命。因此，即使是一个有利可图的企业，因为现金流的断裂，被迫宣布破产。现金流量在企业管理中起着重要的作用，但也存在的问题。因此我们提出对策，从而达到防范风险，提高价值，促进企业健康发展的目的。 关键词：现金流 企业管理 防范风险 Abstract With the development of market economy, only profit is an important means of enterprise survival and development.And corporate profits, to a large extent depends on the cash flow and cash flow management level.Cash is a manifestation of corporate wealth, it is the blood of the enterprise, the cycle of cash movement is the basic premise of enterprise survival and the key link in the process of capital appreciation.Cash flow part of any block will cause enterprise insufficient supply of blood, light due to financial difficulties, hinder the healthy development of the enterprise, or financial crisis, threatening the life of the enterprise.Even the profit of enterprise, therefore, is likely because of cash flow fracture and was forced to declare bankruptcy.Cash flow play an important role in the enterprise management, but its also the existing problems.We put forward the countermeasures to prevent the risk, improve enterprise value, promote the healthy development of the enterprise purpose.
