II Effect of Nour i sh i ng Q i to Stop Co I i apse on Hemodynam i cs of Hypodynam i c Shock by Us i ng the Pu I se I nd i cator Cent i nuous Card i ac Output Men i tor SpeciaI ity：01 inical intergrated chinese and western mediciRe Author： Tutor： Abstract Object Ive The purpose of thi s study was to observe the effect of shengmai injection which is composed on the basis of nourishing qi to stop collapse in hypodynamic shock Datients．Comparing the changes of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)、 shock index(SI)and the hemodynamic parameter through pulse indicates continuous cardiac output(PiCCO)monitor，further discuss its mechanism· Methods 24 hypodynamic shock patients were randomized into 2 groups：the comparlon group(12 patients)and the experiment group(12 patients)，both of which were given fluid resuscitation and vasoactive agent．The 5％glucose injection 310ml was dripped intravenous infusion in the comparion group，while shengmai in jection 60ml was dripped with 5％glucose injection 250ml in the experiment group．For venOUS blood collection at the same time，test BNP and SI of two groups· After 8 hours．observed the changes of patients’cardiac index(CI)、global end diastolic volume(GEDI) extravascular lung water 、systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI)、 (EVLW)、mean artery pressure(MAP)、SI and BNP． ReSUltS BNP was decl ined in both groups，while of which only the experiment group went down significantly(PO．05)．The CI、GEDI、MAP of both groups rose up to the normal level．It was noticed that the increase detected in the experiment group was higher(P0．05)．SVRl was decl ined in both groups，while of which only the experiment group went down to the normal level(P0．05)．No obvious change of EVLW was detected between ei ther group(P0．05)． ConeIUSions As the main prescription for nourishing qi to stop collapse，shengmai in jection has a beneficial effect on hypodynamic shock by increasing cardiac III output and reduction in peripheral Hemodynamics． Key Words：nourishing qi to stop hypodynam
