Abstract The relationship between learning anxiety and second language acquisition has become one of the focus of Chinese Teaching Organization.As is known to all, listening and speaking as the two aspects of the language communication,which is complementary to each other.Listening and speaking learning is all important approach to strengthen language,which occupies an important position in the second language teaching. Chinese language learners,especially the foreign students,are often afraid to listen.In the process,excessive learning anxiety makes students in the classroom nervous,having a negative impact on them,and even affect the overall effect of learning.Therefore,this papercarded out the empirical study on Chinese learning anxiety of students learning,SO from the perspective of learning anxiety,further improve students heard oflistening and speaking conditions. Firstly,I analyze the research status of language learning anxiety and think on the basis of previous studies.On this basis,complete the investigation of the preparation, determine to Anhni University students as the investigation object.Through questionnaires,classroom observation,interviews and other means on the influence of Chinese learning anxiety on listening and speaking.Survey questionnaire design, including personal information,learning anxiety,and listening and speaking conditions, etc.Then through the SPSS statistical software,I deal with data.This paper summarizes according to the survey results,and for the main conclusion ofthe study, further puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the anxiety of learning and puts forward corresponding suggestions for practical teaching. The following is the main conclusions of this investigation:First,learning anxiety Can be divided into negative evaluation anxiety,classroom anxiety,communication anxiety,test anxiety and Chinese itself this five parts.Foreign students’Chinese learning anxiety mean value is 3.32,which indicates that learning anxiety
