新闻侵害隐私权的类型、成因及法律对策 现代社会中，随着人类文明的演进，人们的自我意识越来越强烈，越来越注 重自己的独立人格。隐私权这一特殊权利正在被逐步确认为独立的民事权利一一 人格权之一种。但是，另一方面，大众媒体触角的不断延伸，使新闻侵害公民隐 私权的事件屡有发生。人们欲求内心世界安宁和宁居环境的精神需求迫切需要运 用法律的手段保护公民的隐私权．因此，研究怎样在做好新闻报道的同时，避免 侵犯他人隐私权，就成为了我国法律界、新闻界共同关注的问题。 本文的新意在于作者在首先探讨隐私及隐私权的一些基本问题，并系统考察 国内外关于公民隐私权法律保护现状的基础上，独辟蹊径地选择了根据新闻报道 侵犯隐私权的主体的不同将新闻报道侵犯隐私权的类型划分为：新闻报道侵犯政 府官员、文化名人和普通公民的隐私权。并据此通过归纳相关诸种权利之间存在 的矛盾和冲突，来分析新闻报道侵犯隐私权的具体成因。文章在最后，作者结合 我国实际，就如何克服和防止各种权利间的失衡、维护公民和新闻媒介的正当权 益作了一些分析和思考，并有针对性地提出了协调冲突，平衡利益的原则表方法， 力图为我国建立乖完善隐私权的法律保护体系提供一点理论基础。 关键词：隐私权新闻侵犯隐私权法律保护公众利益公众兴趣 新闻侵害隐私权的类型、成因及法律对策 Abstract In modern society,with the development of human civilization，people have stronger self-recognization and more respectfully independent character．The right to privacy is now being accepted worldwide as one of independent civil rights--personal right．But in the other hand．it is not rare to see news invade the right of privacy as the extension of mass media．People‘s desire for tranquility of inner heart and living environment demands legal protection of the right to privacy．So seeking the scheme of how to avoid news invade right of privacy has already become a focal point and difficult problem，which the press of our country and law circles study at present． This paper first probed into several essential issues on privacy and the right of privacy,reviewed the actuality about the protection of privacy right both at home and abroad，developed a new method to divide news invasion of privacy right into three types：news invasion of government official’s privacy right．news invasion of cultural figure’s privacy right and news invasion of common citizen’s privacy right．The author summaried the conflict between several related rights to analyze the concrete reason of news invasion of privacy．In the last section the author makes some thoughts on the adjustment the right of privacy protection with several related rights conflict．Then putting forwards the principle and method of adjusting conflict and balancing several related int
