打火机贴标机的自动上料装置 机械制造及工艺教育 2004级 谭红光 摘要：随着工业的强势发展，市场竞争的日益激烈，高效率，低成本，高速化的生产已渐渐成为各个厂家竞相追求的目标之一。针对目前打火机生产过程中，打火机贴标机的上料采用的是手工上料，其劳动强度高，生产效率低等不足之处，而设计打火机贴标机的自动上料装置。本自动装置包括传送装置和卸料装置两个部分，靠传送带与打火机之间的打滑来定位，通过挡板，下料槽及卸料装置的相互协作来完成自动上料。它能很好的完成打火机贴标机的自动上料，且具有结构简单，操作方便，工作稳定可靠等特点，广泛应用于打火机的生产过程中，对于提高生产过程的机械自动化程度及企业的经济效益具有很重要的作用。 关键词：打火机；贴标机；自动上料装置；机械自动化 Abstract：As the development of industry and the increasingly drastic competition, high efficiency, low cost and high speed in produce have been one of the aims for every plant mutual pursuing. Aim at many disadvantages, such as high intensity, low efficiency and so on for the currently manual feeding in producing the lighters, I designed the device of automatic feeding for tagging machine of lighter. The device is consisted of the convection equipment and the discharging equipment. It can get orientation by the skidding between the carrying strap and the lighters. And it achieves automatic feeding by the reciprocity among the baffle, the taking trough and the discharging equipment. The device can fulfill the automatic feeding for tagging machine of lighter well, and it is applied broadly in the process of producing the lighters for its brief structure, convenient manipulation and steady working. It will play a very important part in improving the degree of the mechanical automatization and the economical profits.
