Power supply company are specializing in the supply of electricity power
enterprises,electricity sales are the main power grid companies to operate power
supply company are doing a good job in sales management of power supply company
an important aspect of financial management.With the continued progress and
society’S rapid economic development,people in production and daily life of an
increasing demand for electricity,the electricity supply quality,reliability and service
quality have become increasingly demanding.The electricity supply industry services
directly assume power supply company,improve the management of electricity sales
for the power supply company improve their economic efficiency,improve the level
of the external services it is very important and urgent.
Do a good job in the management of electricity sales,it must adapt to reality of the
social environment changes and development,based on the realities of power supply
company.In this paper,first of all through the power supply company internal and
external environmental analysis,give full consideration to the external environment
and internal needs,to seize the power grid of the key issues of enterprise development,
to sales management and electricity grid enterprises combine,according to Power
