Abstract A harmonious society refers to a society、析t11“democratic laws、justice equality、honesty hospitality、dynamic order、stability and harmonious coecistence of Man and Nature.’qhe socialist harmonious Society showld emphasice the harmony of people as well aS achieve the harmony of human beings、nature and society.Good interpersonal communication skilll and relationship is essential to the survival and development of people.In addition to knowledge,capability is the most critiral and basic in college life.As a special group,the college students face fierce competition and increasingly powerful social and psycholgical pressure,SO it is significant for them to understand and handle the interpersonal problems. Thesis‘is divided into four parts: The first part,explain the”harmonious society”,”interpersonal”concept of traditional Chinese to the modem development of the concept of social harmony and the evolution of Western culture in interpersonal theory of understanding,especially in the Marxist theory of social harmony and interpersonal relationships The second part,from college students to start interpersonal reality of contemporary college students interpersonal scope,type,characteristics,and relative system and research into and made a contemporary college students in the interpersonal process of the existence of defects,obstacles,as well as the factors of disharmony. The third part,from the community,schools,families and start their own different directions,to identify the contemporary college students in the interpersonal process of the existence of defects,obstacles,as well aS the source ofdiscord factors,and analysis.
