Abstract
Gradually,the informational effect to every aspect of social life deepens.On education,it
is demanded to raise the degree of educational information to promotc the development of quality
education and innovation education.It is proved that the promotion of educational information
doesn’t work only by enlarging the investment in information facilities.The teacher information
accomplishment is producing extremely large effect to classroom teaching effect.It is serious that
the teachers little sense of information use and the deficiency of teachers information
accomplishment cause the facilities laid aside and improperly used,which brings about one kind
of extremely large waste of resources.The problem with the secondary·school teachers
information accomplishment has already become the bottleneck to restrict the development of
educational information.On the basis of demonstration study,the article aims to study the
current situation of Chinese secondary-seheol teachers information accomplishment,
comparatively analyze the training of the secondary—seheol teachers information accomplishment
in parts of the world and come up with the training tactics of the secondary school teachers
information accomplishment.
The teachers’information accomplishment points to the ability for a teacher to consciously and
critically collect,deal with,effectively and responsibly apply information,creatively make use
of information to carry out educating and teaching activities.It is composed of general
information accomplishment and special educating and teaching information accomIplishment.
Teachers’information accomplishment training is mainly related with trainers,training idea,
trainees,training targets,training conmnts,training methods,training organization,administration,
appraisement and,so on.With the above concerned elements,the study is to compare different
countries’training of the teachers information accomplishment,draw foreign beneficial
