5.初中生对教师角色期望的七个因素中重要性由高到低依次为教学管理、 师生关系、态度品质、教师职责和知识技能。 关键词『:初中生;教师角色;角色期望 II Abstract Hart Yu said”a teacher,one who could propagate the doctrine,impart professional knowledge,”From the ancient times,teachers have been the social role of giving the transfer of knowledge,teaching skills,developing moral character and answering the confusion.With the continuous development of the times,teachers have been given the increasingly high role expectations.With the deepening of Chinas basic education reform,the role of teachers,especially secondary school teachers role expectations cause for concern from all the peop]Le.In many groups,the closest relationship with the teachers are majority of middle school students,therefore the students’teacher role expectations are very important,this not only helps the eyes of the teachers what is the explicitly students standard of good 1teachers,but also helps teachers find their own shortcomings and deficiencies and gradually improve and refine it in order to achieve the good image from junior kigh school students to achieve the dual improvement of teaching quality and teachers’quality. The research started in junior school students on the expectations of the role of teachers.Firstly,the author searched a large amount of relevant literatures,and taken on the basis used interviews and open-ended questionnaire survey forming of the questionnaire consist of 79 items.On this basis,the author use SPSS 1 5 for statistical analysis and selected seven factors of junior school teacher role expectations,they are teaching management,teachers’duties,teacher—student relationship,guidance and evaluation,quality and responsibility,knowledge and skills and self-improvement.Formal questionnaire includes gender,grade and students area three demographic variables。The questionnaire survey analysis the differences on the teacher role expectations from gender,grade and area three demographic variables.
