中小学教育实践基地教师工作满意度调查研究——以大连市为例.pdfVIP

摘要 近几年，中小学教育实践基地在上海、重庆、沈阳、长春、大连等许多城市 如雨后春笋般建立起来。仅大连市就建立了10余所这样的学校，为大连市的中小 学生提供实践型课程。这类学校的迅速发展同时，学校里的老师们对这被赋予了 新内涵的工作又是抱着怎样的工作态度呢? 为了更好的体现当前中小学教育实践基地教师对工作的满意度情况，作者对 大连市5所这类学校的152名教师进行了问卷调查，并对其中10位教师进行了访 谈调查，进而对中小学教育实践基地教师工作满意度影响因素进行归纳分析，并 针对此研究结果，尝试提出富有建设性的建议，为这类学校更好的发展做出贡献。 本研究结果表明：当前中小学教育实践基地教师在“工作本身、“校内关 系”、“外出培训交流机会”、“工作条件”、“工作压力强度”这几个方面满 意度较高：在“工作收入”、“学校的评价系统”、“评优评先机会”、“晋升 机会”、“职称评聘方法”、“工作量强度”、“工作时间”、“工作内容范围’’ 这几个方面满意度较低。作者对调查结果进行了细致的测量分析，根据切身体会 提出了几点建议：1．建立科学合理的薪酬制度； 2．降低教师工作强度；3．安 排合理的工作时间；4．建立全面、发展性的评价系统；5．采用合理的职称评定 方法。 关键词：教育实践基地；教师满意度；工作满意度 万方数据 Abstract In recent years，primary and middle school education practice bases in Shanghai， Chongqing，Shenyang，Changchun，Dalian and many other cities are springing up．Only Dalian city has built more than 1 0 such bases，providing practice courses for primary and middle school students of Dalian City．As the rapid development of the school， what feelings do the teachers have under the new kind of schools? In this paper，1 52 teachers from 5 different primary and middle school education practice bases of Dalian have finished my job satisfaction questionnaire and ten of them were interviewed．The survey results show that they have higher satisfaction at“the j ob itself’，“school relationship”，‘‘out training opportunities”，“working condition”，“working pressure”；and lower satisfaction at‘‘working income”，‘‘school evaluation system”，“excellent opportunity”，“promotion opportunity”，“title assessment method”，‘‘workload”，“working hours”，“work content”．To present the real feelings of primary and middle school education practice base teachers’job satisfaction in Our country，and then carry on the analysis to the primary and middle school education practice bases teacher’s j ob satisfaction influence factor，and according to the results， trying to put forward constructive suggestions，and to make contribution to the development of this kind of schools． Finally，think about and put forward to some advices to improve the teachers’ job satisfa
