经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。 方法 随机选择2013年1月―2014年11月该院接诊的100例前列腺增生患者进行研究。根据入院时间的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例患者，采用经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术。对照组50例患者，采用尿道等离子前列腺电切术。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、组织切除量、尿路狭窄例数、暂时性尿失禁例数、IPSS评分等各项指标。结果 观察组的手术时间、术中出血量明显低于于对照组；观察组的组织切除量对于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生，能够减少手术时间、术中出血量及能更完整的切除组织，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 前列腺增生；前列腺剜除术；双极等离子 　　[中图分类号] R69 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0054-02 　　Clinical Efficacy of Transurethral Bipolar Plasmakinetic Enucleation of Prostate for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia 　　CHENG Wen-bing 　　Department of Urology， the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shuyang County， Shuyang County，Jiangsu Province， 223600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 100 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were selected in our hospital admissions from January，2013 to November，2014. According to the admission time order， they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. 50 patients in the observation group were given transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate； while 50 patients in the control group received bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate. The operation time， amount of bleeding during operation， tissue removal volume the number of cases of temporary urinary incontinence， quality of life score， IPSS score， et al were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and amount of bleeding during operation of the observation group was significantly shorter than control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate in treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia， can reduce the operation time， amount of bleeding and can be more complete resection of the organization，so it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Prostatic h
