缬沙坦治疗伴高血压慢性肾小球肾炎108例临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过对临床合并高血压的慢性肾小球肾炎病例进行分析研究，探讨合并高血压的慢性肾小球肾炎疾病的发病原因及临床治疗措施，以及应用缬沙坦治疗所取得效果。方法 选取自2012年6月―2014年6月间在该院治疗的108例合并高血压的慢性肾小球肾炎患者，随机分为两组，即治疗组与对照组，每组54人，两组患者在给予常规肾病治疗的同时，治疗组应用缬沙坦控制血压，对照组应用贝那普利控制血压，疗程都为24周。观察两组患者的血压、心率、血清肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、尿蛋白、肾功能变化及不良反应情况在治疗前和治疗后变化。 结果 治疗组患者的各指标明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P 0.05） 。结论 缬沙坦对于治疗慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压具有良好的降压和改善肾功能的效果，提高了患者的生活质量和生命健康水平，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 缬沙坦；高血压 ；慢性肾小球肾炎 　　[中图分类号] R54 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（b）-0135-03 　　Effect of valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hypertension： clinical observation of 108 cases 　　LAO Wansheng 　　Nephropathy Department of internal medicine， Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College，51504 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the etiology of chronic glomerulonephritis complicated with hypertension disease and clinical treatment， and the application of valsartan in the treatment of the results achieved， which based on the analysis of clinical hypertension of chronic glomerulonephritis patients. Methods Since June 2012 to June 2014， it was selected in our hospital treated 108 cases of hypertension in patients of chronic glomerulonephritis， which were randomly divided into two groups， namely treatment group and control group， each group of 54 people， two groups were given conventional nephropathy treatment at the same time， the treatment group used valsartan on blood pressure control， the control group used Benner Pury control of blood pressure， treatment for 24 weeks.
