调强放疗与常规放疗鼻咽癌患者生活质量的比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨调强放疗与常规放疗鼻咽癌对患者生活质量的影响。 方法 随机选择2013年2月―2014年5月，该院收治的160例鼻咽癌患者的资料，根据患者的治疗方式分为两组，一组为研究组，另外一组为对照组，研究组患者采用的是调强放疗治疗，对照组患者采用的是常规放疗治疗，并通过调查问卷的方式来掌握患者的生活质量情况。对比两组患者的生活质量。 结果 经过调查研究发现，研究组患者口干、乏力以及口黏等现象均得到一定的改善，患者的生活质量得到了显著的提高。对照组患者存在的口干、乏力以及口黏现象未得到改善，患者生活质量较差，与研究组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 调强放疗在治疗鼻咽癌中，可有效提高患者的生活质量，改善患者存在的口干、乏力等现象，对治疗具有积极的作用，只得在临床上推广使用。 　　[关键词] 调强放疗；常规放疗；鼻咽癌；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）03（a）-0047-02 　　Comparison of intensity modulated radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients quality of life 　　YU Xin 　　General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau，Fushun，Liaoning，Province，113008 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of intensity modulated radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma on the quality of life of patients.
