小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆结石伴胆囊炎的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆结石伴胆囊炎的临床效果。 方法 选择2010年12月～2012年12月在本院接受治疗的70例胆结石伴胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，将所有患者平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者接受传统的胆囊切除术治疗，观察组患者接受小切口胆囊切除术治疗，比较两种手术方法的临床疗效。 结果 观察组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间、排气时间均少于对照组，观察组患者的的下床活动时间比对照组长，观察组患者的手术效果明显优于对照组。对照组中术后出血2例，胆瘘1例，胆总管损伤1例，感染2例，术后并发生症发生率为17.1%；观察组中术后感染1例，术后并发生症发生率为2.9%，观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组。 结论 小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆结石伴胆囊炎的效果显著，安全性较高，值得在临床推广。 　　[关键词] 小切口胆囊切除术；胆结石伴胆囊炎；传统胆囊切除术；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R575.6+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0048-03 　　Clinical effect of mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy treating patients with gallstones combined with cholecystitis 　　MAO Xiao-bo ZHAO Hui KUANG An-cheng 　　Department of General Surgery，People′s Hospital of Gaoan City in Jiangxi Province，Gaoan 330800，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy treating patients with gallstones combined with cholecystitis. Methods 70 cases with gallstones combined with cholecystitis treated in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional cholecystectomy，and the observation group was treated with mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The operation time，bleeding amount in operation，length of stay and evacuation time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group.The operation effect of the observation group was evidently better than that of the control group.In the control group，there were 2 cases with bleeding after operation，1 case with biliary fistula，1 case with choledochus injury and 2 cases with infection.The incidence rate of complications after operation was 17.1%.In the observation group，there was 1 case with infection after operation，and the incidence rate of complications after operation was 2.9%.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than
