康复运动联合针灸治疗中风后遗症的临床效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：评价康复运动联合针灸治疗中风后遗症的临床效果，探讨其临床适用性。方法：选取2010年5月-2013年7月在本院就诊的80例中风后遗症患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各40例，对照组采用针灸治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上联合康复运动治疗，观察比较两组的临床疗效和对患者生活质量的改善状况。结果：试验组的总有效率90.0%（36/40）明显高于对照组的70.0%（28/40），差异有统计学意义（字2=5.0000，P=0.0253）。试验组在生理功能、疼痛、健康总体自评、活力、社会功能、情感职能等方面的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：康复运动联合针灸治疗中风后遗症的临床效果显著，可以明显提高总有效率，适合临床长期推广应用。 　　【关键词】 康复运动； 针灸； 中风后遗症 　　The Study on Clinical Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Acupuncture in Patients with Stroke Sequelae/XIAO Yan-hu，GUO Li-ping，KANG Wei，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（28）：133-135 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture in treatment of patients with stroke sequelae，and to explore their clinical applicability.Method：80 patients with stroke sequelae from May 2010 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected，and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment，while the experimental group was given joint rehabilitation exercise therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and improvement of the quality of patients’ life between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.0%（36/40），it was significantly higher than 70.0%（28/40） of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （ 字2=5.0000，P=0.0253），Quality of life scores of physiological function，pain，general health perception，vitality，social function and emotional function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation exercise combined with acupuncture in treatment of patients with stroke sequelae has significant effect，can significantly improve the overall efficiency，and is suitable for long-term clin
