恶性血液病病人心理历程和信息需求的质性研究 　　摘 要: 目的:了解恶性血液病患者在诊断、治疗、康复过程中的真实心理感受及对疾病信息的需求,为临床护理人员对患者进行心理支持、沟通交流、健康教育内容及方式的选择等提供依据。方法以访谈法和观察法对15例恶性血液病患者进行交谈和观察,将收集的资料分析、 整理,提出主题。结果:恶性血液病患者获得真实诊断途径各式各样,大都不想突然得知自己的诊断,得到真实诊断后情绪反应强烈,持怀疑态度,获得信息的愿望强烈,更希望得到积极的信息, 治疗过程中承受的压力较大,对医疗护理水平及经济援助方面的需求较高。结论:在治疗护理恶性血液病患者同时,应关注患者的身心健康,及时有效地提供医疗、信息、情感支持,提供疾病诊断信息时要注意到病人心理成熟度、心理承受能力的差异,要循序渐进,尽量避免突然告知,以减轻患者心理反应,提高其生活质量。 　　关键词: 恶性血液病; 心理历程; 信息需求；质性研究 　　Qualitative study of patients with hematologic m alignancies mental processes and information needs of 　　Huaibei Miners General Hospital Hematology 235000 　　Caosu Yun 　　Abstract : Objective patients with hematologic m alignancies in the diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation process of the real feelings and needs psychological disease information for clinical nurses to patients with psychological support ,communication,health education content and selection methods to provide the basis . Approach to interviews and observation on 15 cases of patients with hematologic m alignancies conversation and observation,analysis of the data collected ,organize ,raise the topic. Results obtained in patients with hematologic m alignancies real way to diagnose a wide range ,most do not want to suddenly learn their diagnosis ,get the true diagnosis intense emotional reactions ,skeptical,information obtained strong desire ,hope to get a positive message ,the treatment process the greater the pressure ,the higher the level of demand for health care and economic assistance. Conclusion care in the treatment of patients with hematologic m alignancies also should be concerned about the health of the patient ,to provide timely and effective medical care,information ,emotional support,providing information to note differences in disease diagnosis patients psychological maturity ,mental capacity ,should be gradual ,try to avoid sudden told to reduce the psychological reactions of patients to improve their quality of life. 　　Keywords : hematologic m alignancies ; mental proce
