高校护生乙肝职业防护调查及干预研究 　　摘 要 目的：了解高校护生对乙肝职业防护知识的掌握情况，指导护生正确认识乙肝，为高校开展预防保健及职业防护教育提供依据。方法：对我校2010、2011级541名专科护生（未受培训）及2011级190名专科护生培训后进行问卷调查。结果：541名未培训专科护生六步洗手法的掌握率为38.08%，已培训190名专科护生比例为99.47%，培训前后比较有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：护生对乙肝的防治态度及行为上存在误区，职业防护知识明显缺乏，开展乙肝预防保健知识的宣传教育，规范操作流程，加强职业防护教育是减少乙肝歧视，提高护生职业防护能力的有效手段。 　　关键词 高校 护生 乙肝 职业防护 干预 　　中图分类号：R47-4 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdks.2015.06.082 　　Investigation and Intervention of College Nursing 　　Students Hepatitis Occupational Protection 　　LIU Yan[1]， LIU Ying[2] 　　（[1] Daqing Medical College， Daqing， Heilongjiang 163412; 　　[2] Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical College， Zhuhai， Guangdong 519041） 　　Abstract Objective： To investigate the nursing students of University of mastery hepatitis occupational protection knowledge to guide nursing students a correct understanding of hepatitis B， to provide evidence for preventive health and occupational protection education in colleges.
