【Abstract】Negotiation is an effective way of coordinating relationships and promoting the trade. Compared with domestic business negotiations, the international business negotiations refer to a wider field, the contents and procedures are more complicated. It is very easy to make contradictions in the process of negotiations, which not only influences the development of two companies, but also breaks the relationship between two countries. International business negotiation actually is a communication, in which both sides and parties state their conditions, views and purposes. At the same time, listen to the request, offers, decide the response, counter-offer and come to terms with each other, finally reaching an agreement. If you master the skills and the strategies of negotiating, then you can reduce the contradictions, take the dominant position and gain the good results that you desire.

1 Introduction of International Business Negotiations
1.1The Definition of International Business
International business negotiation literally consists of two parts-business and negotiation. Negotiation is the root and commerce is for modification. To make clear its overall significance, they must be respectively analyzed.
1.2The Definition of Negotiation
The explanation of negotiation is different from the different perspectives;there are three typical ways of arguments: the professional class, the class of experts and the semantic class. I will analyze the definition of negotiations in the professional class.
(1)An economics point of view said that negotiation is through the process of negotiating to achieve the maximizeof transaction.
(2)From a philosophical point of view hold that the negotiation is the process of using a rational or irrational reason to convince the other party.
