超导可视无痛人工流产术80例临床效果研究 　　摘要：目的：探讨超导可视无痛人工流产术临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院妇产科门诊自2008年9月～2012年6月收治的80例行人流术患者的资料，分为观察组（超导可视无痛人工流产术组）40例和对照组（常规无痛人工流产术组）40例，观察两组的手术质量。结果：观察组的手术时间较对照组短，术中患者阴道出血量较对照组少，负压吸引值较对照组低，两组比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：超导可视无痛人工流产术安全、可靠、微创、减轻了患者痛苦，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：超导可视 无痛人工流产术 临床效果 　　Clinical study on the effect of painless artificial abortion in 80 cases 　　Yang Lanying 　　Shangqiu City， Henan province Henan Suiyang Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital， Shangqiu 476100 　　Abstract：Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy ofpainless artificial abortion. Methods： a retrospectiveanalysis of 80 cases of pedestrian gynecology clinic of our hospital from 2008 September ～2012 year in June the flowin patients with data， divided into the observation group（superconducting painless artificial abortion group） 40 cases and the control group （conventional painless artificial abortion group） 40 cases， observe the operation quality of two groups. Results： the operation time of the observation group than in the control group， patients with vaginal bleeding， lower than those in the control group during the operation， the negative pressure suction value is less than the control group， significant difference between the two groups， there was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion： superconducting painless artificial abortion is safe， minimally invasive， less pain of patients， is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　Keyword：the clinical effect of painless artificial abortion 　　随着科技的发展，现在避孕方法也层出不穷，但是临床每年仍收治大量的因非意愿妊娠而要求终止妊娠的患者，全世界此类患者大约有5千万，而且每年大约有30%左右的这类患者死于流产手术不当[1]，所以安全性高、创伤小的流产手术倍受临床瞩目，我院对使用超导可视无痛人工流产术取得的良好效果做出相关探讨，现报告如下： 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 回顾性分析妇产科门诊自2008年9月～2012年6月收治的80例行人流术患者的资料，将患者随机分为观察组（超导可视无痛人工流产术组）40例和对照组（常规无痛人工流产术组）40例，其中观察组患者年龄16-39岁，平均年龄24.6岁；对照组患者年龄18-38岁，平均年龄24.9岁，以上患者怀孕时间6-10周，初次怀孕者60例，多次怀孕者20例，药物流产史患者22例，哺乳期8例，。两组从体征、年龄等方面差异不大，P0.05，具有可比性。 　　1.2 治疗方法 　　1.2.1 对照组 采用常规无痛人工流产术：患者术前2小时禁水，6小时禁食，根据患者体重选用芬太尼注射液1-2ug/kg静脉注射，2分钟后静脉注射丙泊酚注射液2mg/kg进就行麻醉，待患者意识消失后开始手术，
