影响检验分析前血标本质量的因素探讨 　　摘要：目的 研究探讨影响检验分析前血标本质量的因素。方法 随机对我院1500份血液标本的分析前工作进度跟踪调查，并对每一项相关工作完成情况进行分析。结果 对1500份血标本的分析前质量控制影响因素调查，共有不合格血标本132份，占调查总数的8.8%。其中，血标本标本送检时间延迟42份，占31.8%；抗凝剂标本凝固14份，占10.6%；真空采血管不合格21份，占15.9%；试管不干燥12份，占9.1%；机械损伤15份，占11.4%；医生检验申请书写不规范21份，占15.9%；患者用药干扰7份，占5.3%。通过对负责采血与送检的医护人员进行调查发现，14.2%的医护人员对影响血标本质量的因素不了解，9.6%的医护人员采血过程操作不够规范。结论 血液标本检验的分析前质量管理工作时血液标本质量控制的薄弱环节，涉及到的主治医生、责任护士、患者及其他工作人员，涉及人数多、范围广，细节问题容易被忽视，所以要总结影响因素，从全方位多方面对血液标本的质量问题进行控制。 　　关键词：血液标本质量；血标本分析；影响因素 　　Impact test blood samples prior to analysis factors of quality 　　Determined 　　（Pujiang County Chinese Medicine Hospital Laboratory in Chengdu， Sichuan 611630） 　　Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of test blood samples prior to analysis quality factor. METHODS 1500 in our hospital blood samples prior to analysis tracked the progress of work， and related work to complete each one to analyze the situation. The results for the 1500 blood samples before analysis of factors affecting the quality control survey， a total of 132 blood samples failed， which accounted for 8.8%.
