CAP 139J PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS)(RIDING ESTABLISHMENT) REGULATIONS 摘要：本文主要介绍了CAP 139J PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS)(RIDING ESTABLISHMENT) REGULATIONS的主要内容。 　　(Cap 139 section 3) 　　[1 August 1973] 　　(L.N. 117 of 1973) 　　Cap 139J reg 1 Citation 　　These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Animals)(Riding Establishment) Regulations. 　　Cap 139J reg 2 Interpretation 　　(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires- 　　horse (马、马匹) includes- 　　(a) any mare, gelding, pony, foal, colt, filly or stallion; and 　　(b) any ass, mule or jennet;licence (牌照) means a licence granted or renewed under regulation 5. 　　(2) For the purposes of these regulations, a person keeps a riding establishment if he carries on a business of keeping horses for the purposes of letting them out on hire for riding or using them to provide, in return for payment, instruction in riding, and the place where the horses used for such purposes are kept shall be deemed to be the place at which the business is carried on. 　　Cap 139J reg 3 Application 　　Remarks: 　　Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 65 of 1999 s. 3 　　These regulations shall not apply to the keeping of a riding establishment at a place occupied by or under the management of the State. 　　(65 of 1999 s. 3) 　　Cap 139J reg 4 Prohibition of keeping riding establishment without licence 　　No person shall keep a riding establishment save under and in accordance with a licence granted under these regulations. 　　Cap 139J reg 5 Power of Director to grant licence 　　(1) Upon application in the form specified by the Director, the Director may grant a licence to any person to keep a riding establishment and may renew any such licence. 　　(2) A licence shall not be granted or renewed unless- 　　(a) the Director has inspected and approved the place at which the riding establishment is to be kept; and 　　(b) the Director is satisfied in respect of the requirements specified under regulation 6.(3) The Director may attach to a licence su
