Unit 5 On the farm(第一课时)教学设计
教学要求:
1:(1)能正确地听、说、读、写单词cook, milk, pull up, taste.
(2)能正确地听、说、读、写句型What did you do…? What else did you do? I …(ed)….
(3)能正确地听、说、读collect, pick, water及相关的动词词组。
2.技能目标: 初步了解动词过去式的构成及读音。
3.情感目标: 培养学生热爱劳动的好习惯。
教学过程:Jump/ skate/ play the violin/ listen to music/ study/ pick up the pencil
Jumping, jumping, we are jumping.
Skating, skating, we are skating.
……
(教师边说边做动作,让学生跟着老师一起说一起做。在一节课的开始,结合学生爱说、爱唱、爱表演的特点,开展一些游戏活动,引导学生将分散的注意力集中起来,使学生迅速进入角色,主动参与课堂教学,并为下面的教学内容作好铺垫。)

(2) 归纳总结规则动词过去式的变化规律
1)一般情况下在词尾加ed; 如: play→played
2)以不发音的e结尾的加d; 如: skate →skated
3)以辅音字母加y结尾的把y改成i, 再加ed。如:study →studied

总结规则动词一般过去式的发音规律
(1)在清辅音后读/t/: cooked washed danced watched
(2)在浊辅音和元音后读/d/: cleaned played listened
(3)在/t/和/d/后读/id/: skated waited
(课程标准指出,英语教学要淡化语法教学,而这节课中一般过去时的语法知识比较多。在学习一种外语时,如果不了解该语言的内部规则,那将影响学生准确地运用该语言进行交流。即使在小学阶段,孩子也需要一些语法知识帮助他们牢固地正确地掌握语言。所以,教师可以让学生小组合作总结学习规则动词的一般过去式的构成及读音。之所以在课堂的前半部分就总结动词过去式的的构成及读音,是为了让学生在课堂的下半部分能够更自信地参与课堂发言,大胆地开口说英语。)
