火灾隐患整改制度 Fire risk rectification system 1、目的 Aim 为及时检查发现并整改火灾隐患，严防各类火灾事故的发生，特制订本制度。 In order to timely check 、find and rectify fire risk , prevent various fire accident happen , formulate this system . 2、责任分工 duty division 火灾隐患的排查由安检办、安全保卫科归口管理部门负责； Safety office , safety guard section centralized management department is responsible for checking fire risk ; 3、主要内容 main content 3.1火灾隐患确定 confirm fire risk 3.1.1经消防安全评价后的部位，监控和预防措施不到位，有可能导致火灾等紧急情况或火势蔓延的； Place after fire safety evaluation , monitoring and preventive measure isn’t in place , may lead to fire etc emergency situation or fire intensity spread ; 3.1.2防火巡查、防火检查中发现的违反或不符合消防法律法规的行为； Behavior which violate or don’t fit firefighting law and regulation found in fire patrol 、fire check ; 3.1.3公安消防机构下发的消防法律文书中指出的违反或不符合消防法律法规的行为。 Behavior which violate or don’t fit firefighting law and regulation pointed out in firefighting legal document issued by public security fire department . 3.2火灾隐患整改 fire risk rectification 能够当场改正的火灾隐患由检查部门直接通知相关部门和员工整改，并制发《责令当场改正通知单》； Fire risk which can be rectified on the spot , inspection department directly inform related department and staff to rectify , and issue notice of instructing correct on the spot 3.2.1违章使用、存放易燃易爆物品的； Use 、deposit flammable and explosive article which violate law ; 3.2.2违章使用可燃液体、气体做燃料的明火取暖炉具的； Open fire warm stove which use flammable liquid 、gas as fuel and violate law ; 3.2.3违反规定吸烟、乱扔烟头； Smoke 、throw about cigarette end which violate regulation ; 3.2.4违章动用明火、进行电(气)焊的； Use open fire 、conduct electricity (gas) welding which violate law ; 3.2.5不按照设施设备的安全操作规程、违章操作的； Operate against rule , don’t according to safety operation regulation of facility equipment ; 3.2.6安全出口、疏散通道上锁、遮挡、占用，影响疏散的； Lock 、block 、occupy safety exit 、evacuation route , effect evacuation ; 3.2.7消火栓、灭火器材被遮挡或挪作他用的； Fire hydrant 、extinguishment equipment is blocked or for other use ; 3.2.8常闭式防火门关闭不严的； Normally shut fireproof door isn’t closed tightly ; 3.2.9消防设施管理、值班人员和防火巡查人
