民营企业在整个社会经济中发挥着重要作用。民营企业使得市场经济更加活跃而、科技进步速度加快、产业组群更加丰富、资源配置效率明显提高、社会专业分工进一步细化。除此之外，民营企业还为许多人解决了就业问问题，扩大了出口，满足劳动者和消费者的迫切需求、社会得以更加安定。但是，广西的民营企业在融资方面存在许多风险问题，这制约了广西民营企业的发展。 本文通过理论分析研究和经验归纳，结合广西实际经济环境，提出了加强民营企业自身素质建设和提高其管理能力的建设，并通过分析政府、银行和民营企业三者之间的利益均衡关系，提出要构建完善的民营企业信用评估体系、鼓励民间中小金融机构发展等对策措施，为防范广西民营企业的融资风险提供对策，希望可以对广西民营企业的发展有所帮助。 【关键词】民营企业；融资；风险；防范 Private enterprises in an active market economy, promoting scientific and technological progress, rich industrial groups, improve efficiency of resource allocation, detailed socio-professional division of labor, increase employment and expand exports, to meet consumer demand, and maintain social stability, as well as tax and other countries to play can not be ignored and irreplaceable role.
