As the developing of world economy, transnational direct investment (FDI) has been replaced by international trade and has become the main driving engine. In September 2008,however,the Sub-prime crisis triggered the global financial crisis and then the world economy has become confusing. As we entered into “Post Financial Crisis Era”, transnational companies need to find a efficient mechanism . New Features of multinational companies taken and our government should think about how to use foreign capital to serve our development. This paper mainly research multinational companies’ investment strategy adjustment and evolution in China since Post Financial Crisis Era. According to the strategic adjustment process of transnational company in China, puts forward the enlightenments for Chinese enterprises to go out.
