护理干预对危重患者机械通气护理质量的影响研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究观察对危重患者在机械通气时实施护理干预对护理质量的影响及临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年8月～2013年3月收治入院进行机械通气的危重患者110例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施护理干预，对比观察两组患者的临床护理效果。 结果 观察组患者护理干预后焦虑、抑郁程度及并发症发生率明显低于对照组，通气时间、住院时间明显少于对照组，护理质量满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 对行机械通气的危重患者实施护理干预，能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高睡眠质量，减少并发症的发生，使患者对护理工作更为满意，明显地提高了临床护理质量。 　　[关键词] 危重患者；机械通气；护理干预；护理质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0119-02 　　The influence study of nursing intervention on quality of care of mechanical ventilation in critical-stage patients 　　XU Fu-qin YE De-qin CHEN Chu-na WU Shuang-yan XU Mei-mei 　　Intensive Care Unit，Longgang District Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City，Guangdong Province，Shenzhen 518172，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the influence and clinical effects of nursing intervention on quality of care of mechanical ventilation in critical-stage patients. Methods 110 patients with critical conditions admitted into our hospital and accepted mechanical ventilation from August 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group，the routine nursing was provided，while in the observation group，on the basis of the control group，nursing intervention was implemented in order to compare the clinical effects between the two groups. Results In the observation group，after nursing intervention，the levels of anxiety and depression，and incidence of complication were all lower than those in the control group.The mechanical ventilation period and hospital stay were both less than those in the control group.The satisfaction of nursing quality was superior to that of the control group.The above-mentioned indicators all displayed statistical differences in comparison of the two groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention in critical-stage patients with mechanical ventilation can effectively alleviate their anxiety and depression，improve sleep quality，decrease the occurrence of complication，
