比亚芬与三黄膏对乳腺癌放疗患者放射性皮炎疗效对比 　　[摘要] 目的 对比分析比亚芬与三黄膏治疗乳腺癌放射性皮炎的疗效。 方法 采用随机数字表法将120例乳腺癌根治术或保乳术后行辅助性放疗后产生放射性皮炎的患者分为两组，对照组予以比亚芬软膏外涂，实验组予以三黄膏外涂，对比两组患者的愈合天数、3 d后创面大小和治疗14 d后效果。 结果 组间治疗后实验组的愈合天数明显短于对照组（P 0.05）。 结论三黄膏对于乳腺癌术后放疗患者放射性皮炎的治疗效果明显优于比亚芬，且创面愈合时间短，病人所受痛苦小，更有利于放疗的进行，值得临床进一步推广应用。 　　[关键词] 比亚芬；三黄膏；乳腺癌放疗；放射性皮炎 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）25-0042-02 　　The comparison of curative effects between Biyafinn and three yellow cream for patients with radioactive dermatitis after breast cancer radiotherapy 　　XU Yan1 GE Jinsong1 YANG Weina2 ZHAO Shien1 　　1.Department of Radiotherapy，the People’s Hospital of Zhangye City in Gansu Province，Zhangye 734000，China；2.Department of Pharmacy，the People’s Hospital of Zhangye City in Gansu Province，Zhangye 734000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect of Biyafinn and the three yellow cream treatment for patients with breast cancer radioactive dermatitis. Methods A total of 120 cases who had radioactive dermatitis after postoperative adjuvant radiation therapy for breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups， the control group was given Biyafinn； the experimental group was given the three yellow cream. Compared the healing days，the healing of wound size after three days and the treatment effect after 14 days.
