经阴道超声在妇科急症异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在妇科急症异位妊娠诊断中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析2011年12月～2012年12月在我院诊治的200例异位妊娠患者的诊断资料，本组患者均进行经腹与经阴道超声检查，并接受微创腹腔镜手术，分析两种检查的超声图像，比较检出率，并与腹腔镜病理确诊结果相比较。 结果 ①经腹超声检查检出异位妊娠151例（75.5%），经阴道超声检查检出异位妊娠195例（97.5%），二者检出率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；②经腹超声检查在包块内及周边显示星点状血流信号24例（12.0%），经阴道超声检查在包块内及周边显示星点状血流信号149例（74.5%），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查能通过子宫回声准确反映子宫内部详细情况，直观地呈现出来，且具有可重复性、无创性，是诊断妇科急症异位妊娠的首选方法，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 阴道超声；异位妊娠；经腹超声；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）31-0051-04 　　To study the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological emergency ectopic pregnancy 　　ZHANG Haiyan1 GUO Hejuan1 FANG Youping1 WANG Junmei2 　　1.Ultrasound Department of Lishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Lishui 323000， China； 2.Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Affiliated Women’s Hospital of Medical College in Zhejiang University， Hangzhou， 330000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological emergency ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the diagnostic data of 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy patient which were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012， all patients underwent transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography， and underwent minimally invasive laparoscopic operation. Analyzed the ultrasonic image of two kinds of inspection methods， compared the detection rate， and compared with the results of laparoscopic pathology.
