危机后石狮市市服装产业转型策略分析.doc

 摘要：自改革开放以后，石狮市服装产业出口贸易得到快速发展，成为石狮市的第一大具有经济特色的支柱产业，2002年石狮市服装城获得了“中国服装休闲名城”，自2004年12月，石狮服装产业总出口量大约占全国的百分之40。但近年来由于世界金融危机波及竞争优势逐渐消失 、产业规模偏小 、品牌价值理念滞后、生产技术落后、市场开拓速度慢以及劳动力成本竞争严重等因素影响，石狮市服装产业出口贸易面临巨大压力。因此，本文在借鉴国内外现有研究成果的基础上，搜集石狮市服装出口相关数据，针对石狮服装产业的现状及优劣势进行定性分析和定量分析，基于石狮市服装产业现状和国外同企业竞争力进行理论分析和实际分析，并阐述促进石狮市服装产业可持续发展的措施。 关键词：石狮；服装；出口；现状 Post-crisis shishi city garment industry transformation strategy analysis for export CAI Xie-Xing （Graduate2014, International Economics and Commerce, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University Oriental College） Abstract: Since reform and opening up, shishi city garment industry get fast development of export trade, became the first big in shishi city with characteristic of economic pillar industry, shishi city garment city in 2002 won the Chinese clothing and leisure city, since December 2004, the stone lion apparel industry about forty percent of the countrys total exports. But in recent years as the world financial crisis spread gradually disappear, the industrial competitive advantage of small scale and brand values lag, slow backward production technology, market development and labor cost competitive factors, such as serious shishi city garment industry export trade faces enormous pressure. Therefore, this article on the basis of existing research results at home and abroad for reference, and collect data related to shishi city clothing exports, on the present situation and the advantages and disadvantages of the stone lion apparel industry qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, based on the shishi city garment industry present situation and abroad with the enterprise competitiveness theory analysis and practical analysis, and expounded the measures of promoting the sustainable development of shishi city garment industry. Key word：shishi；clothing；export；the status quo经过多年的不断摸索和前进，取得的成就是有目共睹的荣获首批全国纺织模范产业集群、全国服装产业十大示范集群称号。1后危机石狮市服装产业发展概况 1.1发展历史外出的海外石狮侨胞与家乡长期频繁交往，这些侨胞将海外商品寄回家乡，而石狮本地的一些居民以此开店摆摊，于是最初的小商品市场就这样了。979年，我国海关放宽了华侨探亲携带物
