喉罩在新生儿窒息复苏中的应用价值分析与效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨喉罩在新生儿窒息复苏中的应用价值与效果。 方法 按照新生儿窒息复苏流程进行复苏，均先给予面罩通气，共100例面罩通气不成功，将其中50例归为喉罩组，行喉罩通气。其余50例行气管插管通气（气管插管组）。比较两组新生儿阿氏评分（Apgar）分值、一次性放置成功率、正压通气时间等。 结果 在通气第5分钟时，喉罩组92.00%的Apgar分值在8分及以上，气管插管组为80.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。喉罩组一次性放置成功率较气管插管组高，置入时间和正气压通气时间均较气管插管组短，差异均有统计学意义（P均0.05）。 结论 喉罩通气有通气时间短、一次性放置成功率高、置入时间短等优点，发生窒息的新生儿使用喉罩通气可在通气5min后进行正常呼吸。 　　[关键词] 新生儿；窒息；喉罩通气；气管插管通气 　　[中图分类号] R722.12 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-41-03 　　Value and effects evaluation analysis on application of laryngeal mask in neonatal asphyxia recovery 　　LUO Ying DAI Yiheng 　　Department of Neonatology， Maternal and Children Health Care Hospital of Foshan City， Foshan 528000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper is to investigate application value and effects of laryngeal mask in neonatal asphyxia recovery. Methods According to neonatal asphyxia recovery process for recovery， providing first mask ventilation， a total of 100 cases of mask ventilation is not successful， the 50 cases which belong to the group for laryngeal mask， a laryngeal mask airway. The rest of the routine tracheal intubation of 50 ventilation （endotracheal intubation group）. Compared to two groups of neonatal Apgar scoring （Apgar） score， the one-time success rate of placement， the positive pressure ventilation time， etc. Results Apgar scores of 92.00% newborns in the observation group eight exceeded 8 points or more after 5 minutes of respiration， and that value of newborns in the control group was 80.00%， and the difference was significant（P0.05）. The success rate of one-off placement of patients in the observation group， the placement duration and air pressure respiration duration of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of patients in the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
