改良三点式重睑术与传统重睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛的疗效对比 　　[摘要]目的：比较改良三点式重睑术与传统重睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛的疗效。方法：选取2008年3月至2011年3月我院收治的上睑皮肤松弛患者60例，作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组采用改良三点式重睑术方法，对患者重睑处眼轮匝肌进行切口处理，具体为内、中、外三个部分；对照组采用传统重睑治疗方法。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后上睑皮肤松弛临床疗效、并发症和患者满意程度。结果：两组患者治疗后上睑皮肤松弛症状均有改善，但观察组治疗后效果更自然，恢复时间短，观察组满意率为90.0%，对照组为76.7%，两组比较差异明显，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：改良三点式重睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛满意率高，比传统重睑术治疗方法更具有临床应用的实际意义。 　　[关键词]改良；重睑术；上睑皮肤松弛；疗效 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2014）05-0363-03 　　 　　Comparative efficacy of modified three point double eyelid operation with the traditional double eyelid surgery for treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation 　　SI Xiao-qiang,YANG Guo-hu 　　(Department of Plastic Surgery, Gansu Provincial Peoples Hospital,Lanzhou 730000,Gansu,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the curative effect of modified three point double eyelid operation with the traditional double eyelid surgery for the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation.Methods60 patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation from March 2008 to March 2011 in our hospital were selected as the research object, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.While the observation group was given with the modified double eyelid operation method of three points-double eyelid orbicularis oculi muscle of patients at the incision,with body being in inside,the control group was using the traditional double eyelid treatment.The clinical curative effect,complications and patient satisfaction of these two groups were compared before and after treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation.ResultsThe symptoms in both groups after treatment of eyelid skin relaxation registered improvement, but the effect of the observation group after treatment was more natural,the recovery time was shorter.While the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90%, and that of the control group was 76.7%, the difference between the two groups was significant, P＜0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion
