，】伽 2。。6年第12卷第14期 家长系统健康教育对早产儿存活率的影响 谢素音 【摘要】 目的 提高家长护理能力，提高早产儿存活率。方法 选择自2000年 1O月～2001年 1O月在我院住院的48例早产儿，随机分成系统健康教育组和非系统健康教育组，每组24例。采用示 范、讲授、指导、问卷等方式，观察2组家长对早产儿特点及护理知识知晓率，早产儿存活率。结果 非 系统健康教育组时早产儿特点知晓率37．5O ，护理知识知晓率2O．83 ，早产儿存活率为62．5O 。系 统健康教育组时早产儿特点知晓率66．67 ，护理知识知晓率91．67 ，早早产儿存活率87．5O 。2组 比较差异具有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论 对家长进行系统健康教育，提高家长护理能力可提高早 产儿的存活。 【关键词】 健康教育； 早产儿； 存活率 Effect of systemic health education to parents on survival rate of premature infants XIE Su—yin． Department of Health Care，the People’S Hospital of Jieyang，JieYang 522000，China [Abstract] Objective The purpose of the study is tO explore the effect of health education on the survival rate of premature infants．To improve the parents’nursing ability means an increase of the sur— rival rate of premature infants．Methods The objects were 48 premature infants which were hospitalized in our department from October 2000 tO October 2001．They were randomly divided into tWO groups：the intervening group and the control group．Each group had 24 premature infants．The intervening method was taught tO the parents whose infants were in the interving group．Demonstration,teaching，direc— tion，inquiry by a questionnaire，and etc．were used tO examine the parents’knowledge level in the two groups．The examination covers the characteristics of premature infants，the nursing knowledge for a premature infant，and the survival rate of premature infants．Results In the intervening group，the sur— rival rate is much higher than that in the control group．There was a statistical difference(P 0．05)． Conclusions After taking health education，the parents have got the knowledge about how tO raise a ba— by and mastered the nursing skills for a premature infant．This can improve the survival rate of prema— ture infants． [Key words] Health education； Premature infant； Survival rate ‘ 中图分类号：R473．72 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009—9689(2006)12—1357—02 早产儿又称未成熟儿，是指在妊娠28~37周出生的活产
