2006年1月 护 理 学 报 January，2006 第 13卷 第1期 Journal of Nursing(China) Vo1．13 No．1 17 【调查研究】 家长营养知识和文化程度对儿童营养状况的影响 曹惠琴，林茂英，林旭星，任榕娜 (中国人民解放军南京军区福kl I总医院 儿科，福建福kl I 350025) 【摘 要】目的 探讨家长营养知识、文化程度与儿童营养状况之问的关系，促进d,JL健康成长。方法 对213例0—6岁儿 童行体格检查，了解其营养状况；采用自行设计的问卷凋查家长文化程度和营养知识掌握情况。对家长的文化程度、营养知识掌握 情况与子女的营养状况进行stearman相关分析，了解其相关性 结果 儿童的营养状况与父母文化程度无明显关系，父母营养知 识与子女营养状况有明显相_芙性(P0．01)。结论 儿童的营养状况主要与家长对营养知识掌握的程度密切相关，应采用各种健康 教育措施提高家长营养知识，尤其不能忽略文化程度高的家长。 【关键词】儿童；营养；家长；健康教育 [中图分类号】R153，2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008—9969(2006)01—0017—03 The Influence of Parents’Nutrition Knowledge and Their Education Degree on Their Children’S Nutrition Conditions CAO Hui-qin，LIN Mao—ying，LIN Xu-xing，REN Rong—Ha (Dept of Paediatric，， 0u General Hospital of PLA， 0u 350025,Chin, Abstract： Objectives To investigate the relationship between parents’nutrition knowledge as well as their education degree and their children’S nutrition conditions．and to promote the children’S growth．Methods Physical exaluinations of 2 l 3 children between 0—6 year old were performed in order to understand children’S Hatrition conditions．and self-designed questionnaire was used to in- vestigate parents about their nutrition knowledge and their education．Results There was no significant relationship between parents’ education degree and children’S nutrition conditions，while there was significant relationship between parents’ nutrition knowledge and children’S nutrition conditions fPO．0 l1．Conclusion Children’S nutrition conditions klrc mainly relative tO their parents’nutri- tion knowledge．It is important to promote parents’nutrition knowledge by different kinds of health education，especially those with high education but poor nutrition knowledge． K
