第36卷 第9期 计 算机 研 究 与发 展 V0【．36．No．9 1999年 9月 JOURNAL OF COMPUTER RESEARCH＆DEVELOPMENT Sep．1999 6 概念指导的关联规则的挖掘 程继华 施鹏飞 ’ 邗 1 (上海交通 ； 模式识别 磊 _ 毒200030) 摘 要 关联规剐是数据依桢关系的有效描述方{击，是知识发现研究的重要内窖．传统的关联规剐挖掘算{击缺少 挖掘的针对性，挖掘速度慢，挖掘结果难于理解，挖掘结果的数量巨太，需要进行大量的筛选以便抽取出有用规剐． 文中提出了将概念融人挖掘过程中，提高挖掘的效率和挖掘的针对性的方祛，给出了概念指导的关联规则挖掘算 法CGARM 和大数据库中概念的交互式生成方{击．算{击CGARM是对基于分类的挖掘算{击的拓展．宴验结果表 明，算{击CGARM提高了挖掘结果的有趣性，挖掘速率比传统的多层次关联规则挖掘算法Cumulate快一倍． 关键词 ，妻《塑丝塑， ，鲢 毫≮ 中田法分类号 TP]8；TP311．13 CoNCEPT—GUIDED ASSOCIATION RULES MlNlNG CHENG ji--Hua and SHI Peng——Fei (1~；itute of g processing＆PattetmRecogmtion，Shanghai JiaoCongUn~ sity，Shanghai 200030) Abstract Association rules is an effective method for describing the dependency relations in data，and it is one of the important aspects of knowledge discovery．Traditional association rule mining methods 1ack of focus on the results，and the procedure is slow．Those algorithms express the regularities with low level primitive data，and the mining association results are difficult to understand．Furthermore，the desirable knowledge must be filtered out from huge results in a post processing step．A method for integrating concepts into the mining procedures to improve the interestingness of results and speeding up mining procedures is proposed，and the method for deriving concepts interactively in large database is proposed，a concept—guided association rules mining algorithm CGARM is given in the paper here．CGARM extends taxonomies—based mining methods．Experiments show the execution speed of CGARM is about twice as faster as the traditional mining algorithm Cumulate．and the interestingness of results are also improved．
