硕士学位论文 位置服务系统在新一代移动网络中的应用 移动通信发展到现在的LTE和智能终端的今天，人们对位置服务感到新奇和兴趣十足，全球范围内在新一代移动网络中如何为用户提供更强大的位置服务系统方面，始终还是空白，因此论文主要针对新一代移动网络的位置服务系统来进行研究和探讨。 阐述了位置服务系统在新一代移动网络中应用的重大意义及广阔的发展前景，介绍了国内外位置服务系统在移动网络中的发展历程及研究现状；在分析了当前国内外位置服务系统相关研究成果及应用实例的基础上，设计了位置服务系统应有的功能。基于实现位置服务系统功能为出发点，对系统进行了模块化的架构设计。在对当前主流的位置服务算法进行了研究和对比优缺点后，为提高用户位置定位的精准性和可用性，确定了以基于小区的算法、基于基站的算法、A-GPS算法、以及改进实现了的一种混合位置算法等，应该到本系统中。同时对位置服务系统的各个接口进行了设计，如位置服务系统到HLR的接口、到MSS/SGSN的接口、到GGSN的接口、到计费中心的接口等。位置服务系统做到了多种接入，方便话单采集，精准计费，和其他的可扩展应用。对整个位置服务系统进行了详细的设计说明，对算法和系统各个功能进行了模拟实验，以实验示例验证了算法和系统的可用性，以达到位置服务系统在新一代移动网络中应用的目标。 关键词：位置服务,定位算法,定位系统,LTEAbstract Development of mobile communications to the current LTE and intelligent terminals today, people feel strange for location-based services and interest it in full, The worldwide how to provide users with a more powerful position service system in the new generation of mobile networks, and it is still blank, The thesis is therefore the location service system for next-generation mobile network for research and study. Analysied the current domestic and international research location service system results and application examples, Designed the location service system functions. Based on location service system function as a starting point, the system designed as modular architecture. After studied and compared the location of the current mainstream location services algorithms’s advantages and disadvantages, in order to improve positioning accuracy and availability of the user, identified the cell-based algorithm, the based on the base station algorithm , the A-GPS algorithm, the improve hybrid position algorithm, into the system .Designed several interfaces, such as the location service system to the HLR
