第 39 卷第 1 期 2014 年 1 月 环境科学与管理 ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND MANAGEMENT Vol.39 No.l Jan. 2014 文章编号 :1674 -6139(2014 )01 -0184 -05 浙江省污染密集产业的地区分布与发展趋势研究 王学渊，郭亚云 (浙江工商大学经济学院，浙江杭州 31∞18) 摘 要:基于 2012 年重点环境整治行业数据及 2001 -2011 年浙江省行业统计数据，明确污染密集产业的定 义，考察最典型的四类污染密集企业在各市区的分布情况，进一步分析污染密集产业产值与污染排放变化趋 势。研究发现，浙江皮革操制和铅蓄电池产业有明显的产业集聚特点，皮革草草制企业近一半设在温州，铅蓄电 池企业超过一半在湖州，涉重金属矿企业有原材料产地指向性，电镀产业主要分布在温州 ;2∞8 年之后，污染 密集产业在浙江的比重不降反升，重点行业污染物排放有大幅增长趋势。 关键词:污染密集产业;地区分布;发展趋势;产业升级 中圄分类号:X22 文献标志码 :A Regional Distribution and Development Trends of Pollution Intensive Industry in Zhejiang Province Wang Xueyuan , Guo Yayun (School of Economics , Zhejiang Gongshang University , Hangzhou 31∞18 ， China) Abstract: U sing the statistical data of Zhejiang Province in 200 1 - 2010 and the public data of environment ministry of China in July 2012 , this paper firstly defines the classification of pollution intensive industry , secondly investigates regional distribution of four kinds of typical pollution intensive enterprises in Zhejiang Province , and then , further analyzes the change tendency of out- put and pollutant emissions of pollution intensive industry in Zhejiang Province. The results show that nearly half of the leather en- terprises are located in Wenzhou , and more than half of the lead battery companies are located in Huzhou. Metal enterprises have obvious directivity of origin raw materials. Electroplating enterprises mainly distribute in Wenzhou. Mter 2∞8 ， the proportion and output growth rate of pollution intensive industry increased quickly. and the pollution emissions of key industries 缸e still on the rise in Zhejiang Province.
